Services
Flat & True Men's Grooming Studio provides professional men's grooming and haircuts (trim, razor shave or wax on any body area) by licensed professionals, by appointment only. Body grooming services are for adults 18+. Pricing shown is an estimate; final costs are confirmed in person before any work begins. Flat & True Men's Grooming Studio offers grooming services exclusively — no sexual services of any kind. Additional details appear on the What to Expect & Policies page.
Booking, cancelling and no-shows
Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice, via your confirmation link or by text at 469-516-9264. Late arrivals shorten the appointment duration but not the price. Repeated no-shows may result in future booking denial.
Appointment text messages (SMS terms)
Program: Flat & True Appointment Texts, from the appointment line.
Content: Optional appointment texts: your booking confirmation (with the address, directions and any form link), a request to confirm 2 hours before, a thank-you when you confirm, and one request for a review after your visit. Replies to texts you send us, and messages you ask for (such as a sign-in code), are answered by text. Marketing texts are excluded. Consent is optional; email serves as the alternative.
Frequency: Up to 5 messages per booking. Standard message and data rates apply.
Management: Reply HELP for assistance, STOP to unsubscribe, or START to reactivate. Phone carriers bear no liability for delayed or undelivered messages.
Personal texts
469-516-9264 handles text-only inquiries; calls redirect to voicemail and are answered by text.
Emails
Appointment communications go to the email address you provide; replies reach the business.
Health and safety
Clients must disclose cuts, rashes, infections, medications, or other relevant health concerns before their appointment. Services may be declined for safety or hygiene reasons.

Updates to these terms are reflected in the date shown at the top of this page.
